Subsplash Help & How-To Guides

Need help with Subsplash? We’ve made it simple—follow these quick guides to get started and stay connected with our church.

A Subsplash account lets you use features like giving, event registration, groups, messaging, and more—all with one login. Once you create your account, you can use it anywhere our church uses Subsplash.


On the App:

1. Open the St. Timothy app.

2. Tap the profile icon (top right).

3. Tap “Log In or Sign Up.”

4. Choose how you want to sign in:

5. Follow the prompts, and you’re in!


On a Computer:

1.  Go to our church website.

2. Go to the top menu bar and click “My St. Timothy Login"

3. Choose your sign-in method and follow the prompts.


Logging Back In:

Already have an account?

1. Open our app or website.

2. Tap the profile icon.

3. Tap “Log In or Sign Up.”

4. Use the same login method you used the first time.

Example: If you signed up with Google, keep using Google.


Forgot Your Password?

If you signed up with email:

1. Tap “Forgot Password?”

2. Enter your email address

3. Check your email for a reset link.

4. Follow the steps in the email.

5. If you used Google, Apple, or your phone number to sign up, you don’t have a separate password—just log in using that same method.

The process of giving to the church is easy and can be done right from your phone or computer in just a few minutes—and we’re so grateful for every gift you choose to give.


Where:

Open the St. Timothy on the Northshore website or app and find the "Give" button.


Choose How Much You Want to Give: 

1. Enter the amount you want to give. 

2. Choose where your gift goes (example: General Fund, Missions, Crisis Pregnancy Center)

3. If available, choose a one-time gift or a recurring gift (weekly or monthly)


Add Your Payment Information:

You can give using:

  • Debit or Credit Card (fastest option)
  • Bank Account (ACH transfer)
  • Digital wallets (like Apple Pay or Google Pay, if available)

  •  Log In or Give as a Guest:

    You have two options:

  • Log in / Create an account → saves your info for next time
  • Give as a guest → quick one-time giving without an account
  • Either way, you’ll still receive a receipt by email.


    Review and Confirm Your Gift:

    Before finishing:

  • Double-check your amount
  • Make sure your fund is correct
  • Confirm your payment method
  • That's it- you're done! 

    Your Subsplash account is where you can view and update your personal information, giving details, and payment methods—all in one place.


    What You Can Do in Your Account:

    Once you’re logged in, you can:

    • Update your personal information (name, email, etc.)
    • View your giving history
    • Manage payment methods (cards or bank accounts)
    • Set up or edit recurring gifts
    • Cancel or adjust donations if needed

    How to Update Payment Information:

    1. Log in to your account and click on your profile.

    2. Click on Payment Methods, under "Giving".

    3. Add a new card or bank account, or remove an old one. 

    4. Save your changes


    Managing Recurring Giving:

    If you give regularly, you can:

  • Change the amount
  • Update your payment method
  • Pause or stop giving anytime
  • Just go to Scheduled Gifts in your account, under "Giving." 


    Viewing Your Giving History:

    You can see all past donations in the Gift History section. This helps you keep track of everything you’ve given.
